Coffee Grounds Fertilizer?

Here at rijo42 we're working on turning this ↑ (the coffee granules left over after brewing that is thrown away) into a fertilizer for acid loving plants such as roses, camellias and azaleas. This is a project should make coffee into a 100% efficient process from bean to drink with no wasted bi-products.
